Um...I'm a little confused as to why President Bush and his staff are throwing up The Shocker.
OK, really confused. If it's not meant to really represent The Shocker (which it probably isn't), then was there not somebody in the picture, or even around the picture when it was being taken that would think to mention that it wouldn't be a good idea to put your fingers as such? Don't they have people whose sole job is is to have things like this avoided? Granted it's not spot-on, per example:* 
But really- isn't it close enough? One thing I'm pretty sure of: If the people in the picture didn't know what The Shocker was before, sure as shit they all do now.
