Where has the year gone? I know I get a FAIL for the last 6 months at this blogging thing, but I am committed to try and come back now that things have calmed down at work. 
Harvest was great this year. We just threw ourselves a little post-harvest BBQ at our sister-winery, where we had great food (from our own caterers), fantastic wine (ours, duh.), and awesome company. I think I’ve lucked out with being able to work with people I actually *like*. We ended the event off at one of the big-wigs place next door for more wine, a pool table, and live music- double points for working with those that are also musicians. 
Unfortunately I had to head off early to make it to the tech rehearsal for a show at a little thing called The Dickens Fair. If you haven’t been you should make a point of going- all the cool kids are doing it, so you know you want to.
Being back in the North Bay has been great, although I must admit that I’ve been so busy it really wouldn’t matter where I live for the most part. I’m looking forward to my down time in January.
